Good workouts to do at home?

Gym is closed tomorrow because of Easter…
Didn’t work out today, but I really should get in a workout tomorrow.
Any suggestions? 

I think I’m going to buy something a few sizes too small that I really want as motivation to keep working out.

Hang it up where I can see it, and have it be a constant reminder.

Also, I’m excited I’m working tonight. Because I’ll be doing a lot of walking around the building I work at. So I can do some exercises like lunges and running up and down stairs quickly. Hurrah for working out while getting paid to do it!

But look at that. First week of January.
In one week, I burned almost 2,000 calories.
That’s 1,200 away from a pound.
I can do this.
It is possible.
I did it before, I can do it again. 

And my exercise!
In two days, I’ve accomplished over 2/3 of the calories I need to burn each week over 4 workouts. :)
If I keep burning 300+ each workout instead of the minimum 240, I can probably burn off up to two pounds a week.

Back in January, I was doing 300-400 a workout average. Dropped 10lbs in 2 weeks. 

All and all, I think I did good healthy choices today.

Especially the pita chips…om nom nom.
